Connie Vernich

Connie Vernich of Vernich Designs works hand in hand with the client, architect and builder to develop beautiful homes that reflect the client's personality and needs. Her unique style enables the client to visualize their project beforehand through perspective drawings, elevations and colored renderings.

Connie has taught Historical Interiors at Watkins College of Art and Design where she is a proud alumni. She enjoys blending her knowledge of historical styles with today's latest technology and innovations. Her attention to details show through in every project, making each room unique.

Projects include residential and commercial projects throughout the United States and Canada.

Connie's work has been seen on HGTV local and national cable network, Junior League Show Homes, Nashville Symphony Holiday House and model homes throughout Nashville. She has worked with Nashville Construction for over 6 years designing Spec and custom homes in the Laurelbrooke and Governor's Club Communities in prestigious Franklin, Tennessee. In 2005 Connie Vernich and Marcia J. Knight teamed up to work on the Parade of Homes in Legends Ridge. Their home, Glenrose Hall won 12 awards, including "People's Choice, Best in Show".
